As Chief Technology Officer, Brett Coover is responsible for technology platforms, product strategy, and new initiatives at Rettach. His role will be to work towards providing a Shop-Front to Cloud resellers with integrated billing, invoicing, payment gateways, etc. for a minimal cost.
Brett worked in various IT roles since 1993 and his experience ranges Fortune 500’s to startups, across multiple industries. He has extensive experience in financial, media, and service provider industries. Some of his previous roles included consulting and leadership, focused on improving technology infrastructures, working with companies including Disney, Gazillion Entertainment, FaxBetter, Trading Technologies, Extropy, Xerox and many other companies. His expertise includes IT architecture, network architecture, business consulting, business development, consulting practice leadership, services delivery, strategic sourcing, and building data centers.
Sreejit has global experience of over 20 years specializing in incubating new business/ start-up operations, global delivery, account management, process excellence and people management. He has set up/managed operations in Asia-pac(India, Philippines), USA, Brazil, Argentina, Guatemala, Costa Rica and the Ukraine. His industry experience includes HITech, ISP, Retail, HCare, Telecom, Logistics Core Areas of expertise include Global Outsourcing, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Digital Marketing Strategy, Machine Learning, Data Sciences, Predictive Analytics, Cost Optimization and People Management.
Mike Draghici is a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience turning ideas into products and launching startups in several countries including USA, Canada, Mexico and India. He has founded over 15 companies that range from sole proprietorship in smaller local markets to several limited liability partnerships and corporations doing business across the United States.
He has two provisional patents on proprietary technology for a mobile dispatching terminal used in taxis, a lottery gaming system for non-banked markets and a non-provisional application submitted for a luggage tracking device.
He is also a full stack senior software engineer and systems architect with many years of experience working on enterprise cloud platforms, mobile apps, databases, web services, front office applications, business intelligence systems, ML/AI & data science, scalability and performance frameworks.
Dayakar’s distinguished career is showcased by an impressive record of achievement in building high value mobile, wireless and telecommunications businesses. He was recognized by the US White House as a mobile technology visionary and has been a keynote speaker for numerous industry events.
Previously, Dayakar owned the P&L for the Hosting & Mobility Solutions business at Microsoft. He was responsible for the incubation, development and management of new mobility solutions. He also led the $350M hosting business encompassing all product development, product management, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Microsoft, as Founder and CEO of JP Mobile, Dayakar pioneered the industry's first mobile software solutions company. He secured $55 million in financing and successfully completed its acquisition by Good Technology, later acquired by Motorola.
Dayakar began his career with Motorola. He owned the P&L for the Paging product, including all aspects of design, development and world-wide customer support. He received the Engineering Excellence Award from management at Nippon Motorola.
Dayakar is an active supporter of entrepreneurs and startups. He has been involved with the Dallas chapter of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) since 1999 and is currently a charter member. Among other activities, he chaired the wireless/mobility SIG of TiE, and organized a wireless seminar in partnership with Nokia, TI and others. Dayakar is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and earned a master's degree in computer science from Nova University.
